How can I register or create a Player Account?

Registration is easy and takes only a few minutes. Click the REGISTER button or download the Android App to your mobile and follow the instructions of the registration form. For more detailed instructions check the Registration tab in the Help Centre section.

Can I open more than one account?

No. Multiple accounts are not allowed.

Why do I need to submit my ID and bank account for verification?

Submitting your ID for verification along with the bank account details and NIN is necessary to process the withdrawal request in compliance with the AML (Anti Money Laundering) Policy. According to the legislation, all transactions above a certain limit (currently defined as an equivalent of 1000 USD) need to be identified.

I forgot my login details (username or password), what should I do?

Use the Forgot your password? function available in the login window. You will be asked to fill in your login (your phone number without the leading “0”). After receiving the SMS with the OTP code, you will be able to set a new password.

Of course. Likewise, all your transactions and Player Account data are strictly confidential.

How can I protect my player account from unauthorized access?

We recommend not to share your login data with other people.
Furthermore, we recommend setting a sufficiently strong password during registration. This means that it should contain at least 8 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number. We do not recommend using the same password as you use on other sites.
It's also not a good idea to keep your login credentials memorized in a browser or device you use that you know a stranger might have access to.
Last but not least, we recommend changing your password from time to time.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately not. The username, which should be your verified phone number submitted during the registration process cannot be changed once you have created your account.
