How to make a deposit?

Go to MAKE A DEPOSIT and choose from diverse payment options:

  • Credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Verve (Nigerian only)
  • Quickteller Wallet
  • Bank Transfer
  • Direct Bank Payment
  • Internet Wallet – OPay and eNaira
  • USSD
  • QR code bank transfer

🚨Note: Always initiate deposits from the Casino platform to ensure the correct transaction code is generated. Repeating previous deposits will result in error!

All deposits are protected by Interswitch or Paystack. Most deposits are credited instantly. Your current balance is always available in the Player Profile tab. To check Transaction History go to Deposits and Withdrawals > Activity.

Please contact Customer Service if not credited within 1-2 hours.

Minimum deposit: ₦1,000; Maximum: ₦1,000,000.
Deposits are free (standard bank fees may apply).

Money hasn't been credited to my Player Account. What should I do?

You don't need to worry about your money. It hasn't been lost!

If money has been debited from your bank account but hasn't been credited to your Player Account, the transaction was likely not completed correctly.

Please send your transaction confirmation from bank along with the reference number and your Casino username (phone number) to the Customer Support at: info@doxxbet.ng or +234 (0) 818 890 8888 (WhatsApp/call). If the payment was indeed transferred to our bank account, we will trace it and credit it to your Player Account.

If we are unable to trace the payment, the bank likely did not process the transaction, and in this case, the money will be automatically refunded to you within a few business days.

Failed Card Deposit

If your card transactions keep failing, it might be because your card isn't registered for the Safety Token. Registering for the Safety Token ensures you receive transaction confirmation OTP messages for security.

You can verify the registration status and request the Safety Token registration from your bank. Simply inform your bank of the issue by stating: "I encountered a failed internet payment due to the Safety Token not being generated, as my card is not registered on the Token Platform."

How to save Credit/Debit card for recurring deposits

To save your card for recurring deposits not to have to re-enter your card details each time, please choose Paystack for the card payment and click "Save this card" after filling in card details. Provide the mobile number to receive OTP for authentication.

🚨Note: Mind that Paystack saves card details under an email address which is by default set to: YourPhoneNumber@doxxbet.ng. You can change it to your personal email address if you like.

Once the transaction is successful, your card will be saved securely to the provided email and ready for use in future payments.

Withdrawals - how do I pay out my winnings?

All your winnings are automatically credited to your Player Account. To make a withdrawal to your bank account:

Set Up Bank Account: Go to Player Profile > Deposits and Withdrawals > Bank Accounts tab. Add your bank account details and your National Insurance Number (NIN) for verification.

Withdraw Funds: Go to Deposits and Withdrawals > Withdrawals tab. Enter the withdrawal amount and your DOXX password. Choose Paystack and select your bank account and confirm the transaction.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

Withdrawals of winnings are free.

However, a 5% charge may be applied to withdrawals of deposits that were not used for bets in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy.

Can I withdraw my initial deposit without betting?

How can I check my transaction information (deposits, withdrawals, etc)?

To check the status of all your transactions, go to Player Profile > Deposits and Withdrawals > Activity tab. Dates and filters can be applied to search transactions.

What's the withdrawal processing time?

Withdrawals are typically instant. However, in case of system downtime, some delays may occur. In that case please contact Customer Service after 1-2 hours delay.

Are there any deposit fees?

All deposits to DOXX Casino are free of charge. Bank charges may apply.

What are the Card PAN and CVV?

Card PAN is the 16-digit card number; CVV is the 3-digit security number on your card.

Can I use an international card for deposits?
